I am a short term swing trader and that is a 1hr chart. In trading 'mode' I watch the daily, 1hr and 15 or 5min. For planing the weekly charts also get my attention..

If you've been told, that you can withdraw the funds via card, then you should be able to do so...or not? Unfortunately I can not find the information conforming my statement above. And if you look at their website, they inform just about funding ...

the money is kept in Switzerland (I think they have account at UBS), does that give you some reason for concern? you still can keep your money under pillow.. btw. Latvia is much safer than PIIGS..
