      For OANDA REST API users here, I noticed that if you query 4 hours candle at 5:01pm EST using REST API you get 1:00pm 4 hours candle. However, if you query 4 hours candle at 5:02pm you get 5pm 4 hours candle. My Algo do calculations based on open, ...
