Traderlarry replied Nov 20, 2011Thanks Kapital, very well explained. You obviously need to catch the major moves of the day to make use of these options.

Traderlarry replied Nov 20, 2011Hm, that is interesting....so where is the catch ? I thought they would jack up spreads on cheap options...I mean you can make $100 and just risk $10.

Traderlarry replied Nov 8, 2011How do you open 2m charts offline ? When I go to Open offline charts, there are no 2m charts available, just the usual time periods, i.e. 1m,5m etc. Help appreciated, thanks

Traderlarry replied Sep 15, 2011Ok, the above statement is not really correct. The USD/CHF pair can of course go down, but ONLY if EUR/USD goes up. It has become the inverted EUR/USD when EUR/CHF is trading near 1.2

Traderlarry replied Sep 14, 2011I wouldn't underestimate the effect on USD/CHF. It cannot go down much more should the SNB really keep EUR/CHF at 1.20.

Traderlarry replied Sep 13, 2011I'm a bit skeptical with USD/CHF going down 700 pips in the coming days. The Swiss Nationalbank has announced that they will defend their intended price levels with force. They might not win this battle in the long run but at least it's probably not ...

Traderlarry replied Sep 9, 2011I managed to grab 30 pips from the CHF/JPY trade, thank you, rocky ! Like someone mentioned previously, it is probably not good to get long the CHF at the current situation.

Traderlarry replied Sep 6, 2011Yeah, holy crap, that was a 1000+ pips move in not even two hours, I don't think I've ever seen such a move in FX before. Are you retiring now ?

Traderlarry replied Sep 4, 2011If you could short every supply zone and buy every demand zone it would be too easy. Very often, when price doesn't reverse at a SZ/DZ and pushes through, it accellerates as those who had their (limit) orders triggered realise they were wrong and ...

Traderlarry replied Sep 2, 2011Great thread ! I'm beginning to see the value of the supply/demand zones, much better than trading off of support and resistance.

Traderlarry replied Aug 24, 2011I'm going to leave GoMarkets. While the spreads are good, the fills on market orders are just too slow, the pips missed really add up in the long run. But is there really any MT4 broker with quick fills ? I doubt it.

Traderlarry replied Aug 18, 2011Hi Romex, thanks for sharing your approach. I loaded the MACD BB to my charts and looked at the whole month of August on a 1min level, there is certainly potential there ! You are right, the MACDBB signals several good opportunities for these 25+ ...
