-drop every thing you think you know , start from scratch, demo first, go for 1-2% gain/day, limit loss to 5% , just like prop firms -if on loosing streak drop trading for that day -never trade against the trend -good chance of making 1% is to trade ...

there are benefits to both, since market is so dynamic. non-repainting, hmmm, train might already left the station, but yet, combined with repainter is probably the best solution. I do use both, still stuck with demo account, not ready for money ...
