okay...so that being said, for all others facing an issue...those on EST should set the pivot indicator to 4 and, in the future, if V4 is released, the setting should be -4. Thanks.

I think I got it... — I set the Destination_HrsNewTZfromGMT to (4) and not (-4) and that sorted it out...now they have the same day start and pivot values... Cobra, on the dashboard, should EST be set at 4 from GMT or -4?
