There are lots of orders placed at the 50 and 61% level of the latest swings , so if you looking to go long or short and your getting close to the 61 or 50 of the latest swing I would be very careful. I hope this answer helps you.

I use the daily chart for the setups but I enter on shorter time frames . This helps me reduce my s/l. A typical s/l for me is 15-50 , on setups from the daily charts
