It sounds like the error wasn't the platform itself, but instead a date that they post to their actual interactivebrokers.com website calendar. Whoever put the date up, typed in the wrong date apparently. I highly doubt someone with that much money ...

Like it says near the end, Yellen has already stated she will raise rates regardless. It would seem odd to NOT raise them because of people anticipating them being raised (dollar becoming so much stronger before they've even actually been raised).
