what is that yellow x on the indicator ? How do you use it ? is it S/R ? and wait for price to get back to red or blue ?

If you go down a couple of time frames you would know what i am talking about...it seems to me that you pick and choose the trades that you show...more often price will continue in the same direction even if it leaves a tail behind ...

@mizi123 So you buy every after every low ? 3 candles before your entry there is a high wave candle ,or a + , or whatever it's called ..did you buy that too ? how about the one before it ,nr 4 ? or nr 2 ? It looks to me that you entered at the open ...

Don't you wait for it to test that 1.60865 low ? not to the pip but just to go down and then come back up trough the open?

How do you approach this situation: Price is coming down ,makes a new low ,but this new low is a couple of pips bellow the open of the day (it breaks the open of the day by a couple of pips)..do you look for long trades ?

We are talking sell here So i was correct in my first drawing as bar (a) close is the open of bar (b) ... So for this method to work you need a tail on bar (a) that gives bar (b) breathing space otherwise if bar a closes and bar b goes straight down ...

Yes I know the 123 ..just one thing..on step 2 when you say " did THIS bar test the high or low ..... " you refer to the current bar ,the bar following the bar that made the new high , not the bar that made the high ..right ?

that is some stop loss. do you manage to get at least 1:1 ? 5 or 10 pips don't mean anything to me if the stop is 25

So First you wait for it to go up towards the high , and if it comes back without breaking the high you are ready to sell 1pip or 2 bellow the close? And i guess that you also need a tail on the candle to work with ? if the close is at the high how ...
