You double click on one of the arrows then right click on it and select delete all arrows. As for the lines I just select them when I review them and when I,m done delete them the same way.

Hi Jey I had this happen on IBFX in the past it was only on one pair was happy I wasn't in a trade at the time would have scared the hell out of me.
