I imagine that data only represents for MT4 accounts. Many brokers have their own platform that do not have a bridge to MT4. Those on the low end don't have many MT4 users.

Even if it is tick volume it shows the activity. myfxbook just shows MT4 accounts it does not show the fxtrade platform or api of Oanda's. Maybe that means there aren't many using MT4 on Oanda
