It just needs to break through the upper trend line to get a good uptrend. News might push it through.

If you take a Daily Chart, and use Fibs on a downward trend, if the pair reverses above 38.2%, then you don't have a trend anymore. Is this more of an accurate description? (You can also do this on the 4 hr chart, and 1 hour chart.)

You're right, Support and Resistance lines is what matters. Do you think Ichimoku Cloud is helpful in confirming a trend, if all the combined indicators act as one?
