By ramping up the price and then brining it back near the pre-annoucement level? Interesting.

Well something like this happened today during the NZD rate annoucement. The price spiked even when the rates were unchanged. Then it was taken back to the no-movement level. Though the total up and down move took abt 6 hrs so not sure if it was an ...

I think it is good that market doesn't have multi-focus. If it did, the situation would have been like the one during July first half. The market was so confusing for me. And as I am trading only E/U intraday, dint have many opportunities.

I got in AU yesterday during the consolidation. Thanks to strangley performing Oanda Android app (caused me a 6% loss on E/U) , I played the barrier and closed it. Normally, I let the half run.

I think the overall outcome of the Greece situation is not so +ve as the prices are making it out to be. I was talking to one of my friends at a treasury desk, he said most of his clients were bearish on the E/U. So the current situation is more of ...

Guys, I think it is not a good idea to discuss about the book on this thread. Why cant we have a seperate dedicated thread? Also, not sure how FF Admins will react to DS' book being promoted without their approval. They might end up locking him to ...

Good one.
Each represents its own trend. My opinion is for 1. The market is in consesus about the price. Something we can see in action right now. 2. There is a conflict, the sell limits needs to absorbed before the market can move higher.Order Flow - Achieving the mindset

Trizzle, sounds like a total wound up plan.
For the stop out. Oanda had a real high opening this week. Check out the feed in there. I have been short from 4160 ..not a good entry inspite of my bearish view from Thrusday conference onwards.

I think given the circumstances that both USD, GBP, EUR find themselve in..it is imperative that CHF will show the strength. Personally trade only E/U to learn ins and outs of single currency. All being said, great trade EmeraldEyes.

Trizzle, agreed it looks bullish now. But as lumesh put it - the expectations now are so low that not so good/bad news is masquerading as good news. 1. Interest hike doesn't necessarily need to be due to growth. He even said ECB dint commit on ...

How was the conference even remotely hawkish? Rating suspended for Portugal, no commitment on rate rise. It was all bearish. As Monroe put it, by the time everything happened no counterparty to take on the risk. Seems 4300 has some fight left for ...
