I've mentioned it before and Engineer refers to this in the first post but it is much more effective to use multiple timeframes for this strategy if you want higher win rate and higher returns per trade.

My trade was M5 as HTF and M1 for price rejection confirmation. The line you have drawn on that H4 chart isn't a compressed zone.
