Also please keep in mind that any EA restart - change of parameters , click ok when looking at params page causes that all levels are valid again.

version d allows : - skip few ticks that moved price less than a pip or so [_skippedTicksPriceMoveInPips input variable default value = 1.0] it talks a lot about ticks skipped In general it allows to make cpu cost lower.IMHO.
