An agreement, a contract, in China does not mean the same as it does in the West. More talks before signing or not the Chinese are sure to fail in keeping to the terms. Unless it is something they would have done anyways. It is the way of tyrants.

There is no problem. Unemployment is very low and growth continues at a moderate rate. Even this last cut was a waste coming to early. Business built up the hype and the FED caved. Has not even been time for that cut to be digested.
