Did you try to get in or out during such lag ? You could be filled at the true market prices since the trade server could have not been lagging despite the lag of the quote server...( I had such an experience on a futures platform)

Didn't they quote in 0.1 increments in the past ? Strange indeed for a broker claiming to display live bank prices (most quoting in 0.1 increments) , can't conclude other than they pad the spreads...
