enivid replied Nov 11, 2009You can use MT4 for free with any Forex broker that supports MetaTrader. I guess that if your current broker doesn't offer MT4 you'll either have to use bridge software or don't use MT4 at all.

enivid replied Nov 10, 2009There is no reason for such gaps to be filled. Gaps between M1 and M5 bars happen when the price moves by 1 pip or between the last tick of previous bar and the first tick of the current bar.

enivid replied Nov 10, 2009Yeah but there is no indication that those are indeed the fractional pips. For example USD/RUR pair looks like 10.000 but the last digit there isn't fractional. It's a full pip, like 0.01 in USD/JPY quote.

enivid replied Nov 10, 2009With almost any software (e.g. MT4/MT5) you can connect, download the latest quotes/send your orders and then disconnect. It won't take more than several minutes.
