When it comes to precious metals, always did it with a live account but when it comes to using demo or live account for metals, would second the demo for a short while, at least it will allow you a window to work out the strategy..

I would go with "current deficit" and of course, there are a few other things you could look out for, industrial production, manufacturing data, the reg financial indicators..

The best traders always park their ego elsewhere..but of course the process how they achieve this is often kept under wraps. When it comes to trading, an ego is just about as useful as a doughnut..personally prefer the doughnut.

Committing large capital is not a good idea until you are absolutely sure about your success rate and performance. Granted trading on the market can, at times, be like getting on a rollercoaster and as for demo/live, no arguments there..

That's true, no trader is going to find certainty in this market..of course if you were to take some of the sales pitches at face value, certainty in forex market seems to be the most common ingredient and every damn EA makes it happen..

Sorry cannot really see how having a full time job is going to help anyone with their trading. At the end of the work day, you would be looking for ways to relax and staring at a currency chart is often the last thing you would want to do..
