no. either way you only send buy/sell orders to the broker. They can only figure out as much as you can tell from the statement list of orders. (depending on the strategy the orders may give hints or not.)

100M will depend om timing with ANY broker. Who knows if there are 100 million in contracts available at any one time. You'd be better off with a Currenex broker so that you can see the true liquidity at the diff price levels.
