I was getting requotes often, but then i adjusted the slippage in the EA to 1 pip, and requotes rarely ever happen now on their UK server. Their "europe" server (in texas, USA), has 5 digit pricing (same fixed spreads, but more precise) doesn't slip ...

I strongly recommend you obtain non-usa residency, which is fairly easy to do.

LMAX: Transparency, honesty that they are bringing to forex market. Dukascopy: reputation as being rock solid broker, low spreads. I think they are an actual bank, right? If you want Dukascopy-like spreads on mt4, use FxOpen ECN.
