Ok, so the only time we use EA#2 is when we miss EA#1.(Conditions for EA1 has met,price touched outer BB, but we missed it, so price or MA1 has moved outside the BB and conditions for #2 are in place) Do i get this right?

Forgive my ignorance but i am really struggling here. Lets say we are in an uptrend. We seeing new highs. So we adjust our intraday fib to these new highs. But how in earth do we reach our bull target if we keep adjusting the Fib? Thanx again
