You need proper legal advice. I think in the US you need to be regulated to accept and manage funds, and there will be restrictions on who you can take money from. Traders do not have to be licensed as they'll be covered by your firm's registration.

I'm not a grid expert but could I throw out quick observation - grid systems work best in ranges, right? So why not just run the grid on a ranging pair (eg EURGBP) and during a ranging period (eg Asian session)?

I will eventually but I've been focusing on my own manual strategy at the moment. The EA is very flexible and is well supported in the thread. Plus the MLQ code is disclosed - I don't trust ex4 EAs.
