Right now the profile looks like a P shape which is bullish. It could easily balance into a D shape and just rotate today. If we do go higher into previous value I am looking at those levels near term.

That's when futures contracts pick up for the NY open for gold. More volume comes in and again at 930am. Since futures are on a regulated exchange I can see the volume. You can make the leap to say spot activity will increase too.

I trade minis. I'm also a funded trader just for transparency. On gold I usually trade 1 but you can really get punished so I keep a tight stop and a reasonable target. I can't really swing trade unless I use micros.
