This is the jurik filter with dynamic zones. You need the dynamic zone dll (attached) in your library folder for the indicator to work.

Maybe this will help, the original(source attached) was built with a smoothed rsi, the version I posted uses a rsx with pre smoothing (jurik smoothing length) I prefer to use this set to 1 because rsx is naturally smooth.
