I guess the divergence in paper and physical prices and its demand is an anomaly that we have to live with. Imagine if only Paulson had his gold holding in physical gold albeit lack of leverage and not ETF, he won't have lost his $500 milions!

Maybe Warren Buffet is a hypocrite! He tells other he sold gold but in actual he buys at every dips. And GOld is not overbought. Its oversold in both 4H and Daily. Buy Gold!

Maybe the reversal is around the corner. But these days it seems to have lost its correlation with AUD and OIL. I m having quite many positions long on Gold.
