I have read TITZ but I don't think I got much from it. End of the day you have to apply yourself and master your own fears and doubts.

Well, had a short crack at a 1 minute boot camp, called it done after two winners. And yes I know I started during Frankfurt open. GBPCAD:

Just have other things I'd like to do with my evenings, but I promised myself I'd do a 5 minute session a minimum of once a week. Did spot a nice bearish outside bar on EURUSD 4 hour that I'd be tempted to enter if I wasn't already in a trade from ...

Nearly though the first couple of hours of London, and I'm yet to trade. Was looking for a continuation of the GBP trend on the 1 hour chart for all the commodity pairs.

Those gaps helped me out! Target was previous low, so ended up getting a little more than I aimed for.

Above the most recent high, it blended in with the resistance line I have there so I took it off for the screenshot. I don't really do subtle, so I don't get it. Good to see you back strat!

Trade that's triggered for me today. See if you see what I see. Tentative TP I'll see what happens at support on the way.

I'm having trouble working out where exactly you position is, although I can see where your stop is. Can you upload a chart each of monthly, weekly, and daily if you'd like some decent feedback? I do see EURJPY as a pair to short though, but support ...

I suppose break even with a couple of pips is technically a winning position, but it's not really making money either and most of the software doesn't make a distinction between winning, break even, or a loss. Still, I'm trying to bear in mind what ...

For those of you who are thinking I'm so much further along the path than you are I'm not. I've crunched the numbers since the start of the year on my daily trades and I'm currently running on a 35% win rate, winch isn't really the whole story as ...

That's a solid analysis, along with a good plan on what you will do with a trade. Well on the right path I reckon.

Thanks Scrumy. What you've written there is about what I concluded in my dissection. The big one was trading against the immediate trend, I wasn't trading what the price action was telling me so much as what I wanted it to do. Regarding your GBPNZD ...

Well looking back at it, I'm not sure where exactly I went wrong on this NZDCAD trade. Any comments?

Looks like a solid trade to me, although I don't recommend trading any of the CHF pairs. Their national bank likes to cause havoc.

I've tried to trade 5 minute charts the last couple of evenings my time, hasn't gone well for me. Suspect I'm not finding the stuff that volatile on the days I trade lower time frames and it's starting to annoy me.

I see it as basic PASR in a range, so looking to trade from the bottom to the top. You'd have to ask Terry if he sees it the same way.

Wouldn't be basing it on what I can see! I keep missing stuff, and my big problem is trading directly into support and resistance.

I think we're looking at it the same way, price has hit the top of the range near the top of the weekly control candle, and we're watching to see if there's price action to go back down. Not really expecting much of anything happening over this ...
