Had the same trade as well, but only got BE as i did not take the profits, and thought i would only take my risk away... Not that i am unhappy at that decision, that is following my trading plan... However, it has been a funny old day - as in trying ...

Very nice winner! Just a quick question, do you move your stops and manage your trade, or do you simply have a set TP?Ratios & Harmonics: a Different Way to Trade

Quite agree! It is far more fun to predict before it happens... and the NSL is still the expectation, unless a NSH is formed... I suppose it all depends on how price reacts at the various levels...

severe weakness in price, 100% pull back, and a stalling order flow... I do not want to be short this pair at the moment (and that is why i got out), Expectation is still NSL, but unreasonable to expect it with a 100% pull back, so a NSH is a ...

I jumped into this with a short, and took a couple of pips... My thinking being that the order flow is weakening, and it is unreasonable with a 100% pull back for a NSL... It seems to have stalled on the tiniest bit of structure, which is to me a ...

That would be true if i had taken it at the 38.2% pull back....
The thing to remember is that the expectation is a zone, not a pin point... so I took at the first rejection, before price went through my expected zone, and went to the 38.2%. when ...Ratios & Harmonics: a Different Way to Trade

Stopped out at BE after the retest and bounce... moved my Stop just in case, and taken out. Seems to be a bit of an issue for the bears to make the NSL, but think we will see it still...

I drew a bigger swing, so it has just hit (and hopefully reacting to) the 38.2% fib... lets see if this is a turning point....

i was going to say that i didnt think that was quite true.... however, looking again at the chart, i think you are right. My goal was a NSL, which we got, and I think the decision making process was correct, in that we would see at least a retest of ...

Currently a winning trade- 5 pips booked in on NSL... lets see how this one will go - continuation of the previous move down, so looks pretty similar... lets hope this one goes to the 161.8 extension as well!

I think you are not quite looking at the main swings - the more detail you go into, the harder it is to read the market. Your main swing shoudl be from the 9374 area (right at the bottom left of the chart, all the way up to the 9551 area. The NSX's ...

Hi Mr Pip, Just a quick question. You say you never enter trades unless the pullback reaches 38.2% retracement. Would that only be true if there was no structure - so basically a bit of a run away train, and a short pull back, you woudl be wanting ...

I didnt take it, as my price never reached the 38.2%... but nicely in profit if you took it at the retest! more importantly (for me at least!) is that it is almost down to that 161.8%... almost makes it looks like I am starting to ...Ratios & Harmonics: a Different Way to Trade

I am looking at the same thing (all be it on the 233 tick chart) however, the Projection is strong, the momentum is strong and the previous depth is very shallow, I am expecting a 1:1 pull back, which puts My lower boundary at the 1.1093 mark, and ...
