You are right Paul, I misunderstood the timed exit thinking that if the trade was in negative after 7 hrs that the TP would be moved to +8 This is Geoff's explanation which does make the principal quite clear:

I turned live trading "off" last night for the 1st time, got the frowny face and had no trades on my two Alpari UK live classic accounts I left the EA running on 2 Alpari UK micro accounts and both traded
