Hi Smikester, The day starts at 6am GMT. That was an inside bar so i am taking the break of the top of that as a possible long entry. From PC's notes, the inside bar can also take place at the open itself. Z

I find it hard to trade the UJ as am usually asleep when it makes its move and generally i don't like taking positions once the market has move over 120+ pips (there are exceptions). Z

Long GU, took half off at +33pips. Am happy to take a small loss if we are unable to break the resistance zone in green or if we get closer to CPI coming out. DIBS seems to be forming on the 1Hr chart now, 55minutes to confirm this. Z
