Capablanca replied Mar 3, 2023Yep, TFF with 2 downtime days (business days!) in each payout, means that a cycle has in fact 14 days + 2 business days, so it can be 16 to 18 days, depending on weekends. And that's if we place a trade in the first day of the new cycle. Any idiot ...

Capablanca replied Mar 3, 2023To me, the downtime (not being able to trade) is the metric. TFT with 72 hours "downtime" and TFF with 48 hours are the worse from the ones I where I had withdraws. All the others allow to go on trading, even if they are processing the payout.

Capablanca replied Mar 3, 2023Good ! You may have met conditions for scaling, as well, but this you would have to request. It's not automatic.

Capablanca replied Mar 3, 2023Sounds like scaling ? If so, also a little bit more DD which is nice.

Capablanca replied Mar 3, 2023I guess so, it's marketing, although very easy to spot. It's funny to see that, out of those dozens payouts, there's not even a single soul making any remark to their inefficient payout process, which prevents people from trading during the payout ...

Capablanca replied Mar 2, 2023Just saw this in the prop group. Not sure if that's legitim but, if so, why is TFT facing so many demands and not able to respond ? It's not like they are a new incumbent company. In the meantime, the group goes on being flood by payout proofs of ...

Capablanca replied Mar 2, 2023Thanks a lot for the time taken writing this. It's really bad that they reversed it. Lot consistency (and trailing max loss) are two things that put immediately a cross over a prop.

Capablanca replied Mar 2, 2023I don't think it's non sense thinking that US (or Europe) is a bad place for a prop to be. We've all seen areas where regulation came and just destroyed the business, despite they were operating for long years. It happened with poker in US in 2011, ...

Capablanca replied Mar 1, 2023I'm following a prop group. Once in a while someone shows up saying that prop X or Y (established ones) is a scam or not paying. Today there was a guy claiming that TFF closed his account (emails below) and TFF didn't provide any proof that the ...

Capablanca replied Mar 1, 2023I assumed it's regulatory because if that was risk (scammers) I think it would be more countries like other props investigated (if I remember well Pakistan, Nepal and some more).

Capablanca replied Mar 1, 2023I like to test props that are around for a while (many months at least) and that we saw already a lot of payout proofs. Thus, I tested Funded Next and they pay. So far I received 3 payouts + refund. Payouts were easy to request in the site and ...

Capablanca replied Feb 28, 2023I see all this prop industry as a big forex videogame where we insert coins and cash out coins. Hopefully we extract more coins than the ones we insert, at the expenses of the losing players. Nothing wrong with that and I hope this doesn't change, ...

Capablanca replied Feb 27, 2023Beware of costs in Big Pip Funding They announce no commission trade but their spread in EURUSD in London session is 1.7 pips If we deduct 0.5 to make it comparable with other props, it's about 12 USD commissions per round trip. The most expensive ...

Capablanca replied Feb 24, 2023Well done mate and thanks for letting us know! Always nice to know when a firm is paying (which at the end of everything is the most important). It's a pitty that their pricing sucks with they 8% max loss (if we compute it's one of the worse if not ...

Capablanca replied Feb 23, 2023This discretionarily is what annoys me. I got in chat this answer: "it's ok to do that if it takes a few minutes no problem with that" Few minutes and not 1 minute In another chat, which I didn't keep proof, they told me 15 minutes was OK And in an ...

Capablanca replied Feb 23, 2023The ones that have their own server can write whatever they want there, I guess, that's why I picked Finotive and MFF as examples. What's the logic of Finotive having Live in challenges ? Only crazy guys would send trades to a live market from ...

Capablanca replied Feb 22, 2023I have a theory, maybe wrong, that the server name is whatever they want to write there. It's written Finotive-Live but could be Finotive-SantaClaus or TradersGlobalGroup-ChocolateCake (on MFF). Meaning that I don't get impressed if that says Demo ...

Capablanca replied Feb 22, 2023Max loss doesn't seem the more problematic area (but obviously it's ridiculous not having a system to detect such a basic thing automatically). The daily and 50% daily loss is where things can be complicated, specially for those trading a lot. It's ...
