I suspect that the front end of the chart is as statistically irrelevant as the last 2/3, and you would be a fool to use a MA crossover to justify a trade. Just my guess.

Hey auxesis, is it time to move to the TAF Lounge? Wondering what your thoughts are, at least for weekend talk.

Hi Setebos, just to keep this going, I agree that Greece is not a big deal in terms of its significance to the total EU economy. I think that is part of the problem: if the EU can't tackle little problems like Greece, how will it handle bigger ones ...

Hi Zoran, hope you are well and trading the same. Take care and sorry for the emotional outburst. Many in the US are very angry now, so I am in good company today.

I think the point here is that the EU may not be able to manage its own problems (ie: Greece). Consider the idea of asking the IMF for help, and you can see why the stature of the Euro may be hit. I think there will be little or no talk of the Euro ...

Hey luSan, do you think the E/U will be hit because of the revolution that starts after they pass this unconstitutional bill? This thing is not over even if it passes. The struggle continues.

I have been readying your posts this week and waited for the weekend to comment. The idea of having a trading plan each day is good, but do not let it blind you to actual PA. For example, if your plan is to trade the E/$ south (because you believe ...

Hi lilpip, yea I got out of the short trade about 30 mins after my post and went to bed. I can not trade for long periods like fti, and must get some rest each night. Looking for a pull back before going long now. Good trading everyone!

OK, in a rare Tokyo trade for me, I shorted the GBP/$ at 1.5071 about 2.5 hours ago and am protecting 1.5066 for now. Will take trade off at 1.5021, but am running out of energy...need sleep. Hope you are all trading well and good luck tomorrow at ...

Quick trade this morning on the GBP/$. The trend is down on the upper charts but we are in a short-term up trend. Nice break above the 1.4993 previous support line, and plenty of room to the -.786/trend wall. Stop was set at 30 pips (but would have ...

Hi everyone, and I hope you all had much success trading today. OK, NFP is tomorrow and I am not, nor have I ever been, a big fan of trading the NFP. In 74 months of trading the forex, I have maybe traded on 10 NFP days. Just don't like the PA. But, ...
