In your metatrader "Ver > Ventana De Datos". Put the mouse in the candles and read the data If Current 4H > Previous 4H currency=Strong If Current 4H < Previous 4H currency=Weak

I think he use different brokers (IBFX, Alpari). Then the closing hour of the 4H bar is different, and he can trade more times.
