When I take a closer look into it I just see that the stoch did't cross the 50 line on the first signal you pointed out. Maybe dee uses the 50 line as a signal sign...

50 & 150 EMA in color. So far as I know and understood, he uses the 150 EMA on his 10 pip renko chart for Trend direction and executes his trades on the 3 Pip charts

SL for me is always the last recent swing high/low... But never ever more than 20 Pips
