You are wrong. Gann says in an interview that astrology itself is not sufficient but there is a mathematical force behind it that governs. If you understand this mathematical force, you understand the LOV.

If you want to know which planets are working together you need to look at their symbols. Those were not just pulled out of the thin air, they are carefully selected according to the LOV.
