In the past Rating downgrade Spain cause Euro to spike down for short time then end up go back up again. THis new won't bring Euro down as much as bad news from Greece.

Is just like last year. With headline of Greece showing up. Euro drop below 1.30, but as soon the Greece headline fade. It shoot back all the way to 1.33. Let see if it going to happen again this time when Greece headline fade up.
