Thats not true...Select GAIN feed from NT server (not GAIN server)...and reload historical data till you have enough...NT servers support historical-data.

Ofcourse it can be more, if you can risk it... Man I usually don't stay in a trade for more then 1 minute and I always enter and exit on the 1 sec. timeframe... jumping-in, ride the wave till I have enough and jumping-out...

How much do scalpers risk per trade?

Doesn't have to be...sometimes 2% sometimes 5%...depends on the market-conditions, pair and the oppertunity. My SL is 2 to 4 pips on EUR/JPY and 1 to 2 pips on EUR/USD depending on the state of the CyroxMMA flame...

No, currently I'm using Oanda; Make sure that your MM allows scalping and ask there definition of scalping. If you want to use a MM... Oanda is recommended.
