you should take a look how many times EUR reach 1.29xx and you will understand it is impossible to reach 1.3xxx Forex = USD VS others, which means that USD still the strongest currency (assume), so long will be stupid now, EUR start on down trend, ...
Euro to 1.2978 and maybe long term uptrend???
