Well its not a bug, it kind of send signals on every tick. I tried coding to stop that, but still sends it out. Hope to fix that by next week.

The levels are not in code, it just plots the indicator. You need to click on levels tab in indicator and define the values.

Yes its better to stay out till the big news, sometimes u get a signal for one direction and the news takes price in opposite direction, smtimes brokers dont honor your stop loss and account is burned
