Divergence can be exploited on any chart timeframe or pair, on the 1min time frame you’re seeing it constantly because without it the market is not going to make any reversals or real moves in price.

In a bearish divergence: Price makes higher highs, but RSI makes lower highs — indicating upside momentum is fading, so a pullback or reversal could occur.

In a bullish divergence: Price makes lower lows, but RSI makes higher lows — suggesting momentum is weakening to the downside and a reversal might be near.
