First of all check what's the time of your broker. If it is +1 GMT, as you say, leave HrsServer=0 and put HrsChoice=1. If it's +2 GMT leave HrsServer=0, put HrsChoice=2. Maybe when London became +1GMT, your broker's server also went +1GMT. Anyways, ...
