USD/JPY reached 111.00 as I thought it would. In my opinion it may keep depreciating, with or without intermittent correction, to 109.00 or even to 108.00. I have no intention of opening longs for the moment.

The drop did end after all. USD/CAD is rallying and I think it will test the local high at 1.2772. Above it the target is 1.2900.

I, personally, think that although it rebounded from 1.2665 this is the not end of the drop. A breakout below 1.2650 and another drop to 1.2600 is still possible.

I didn't trade the NFP news and it was a good decision because I generally dislike trading whipsaws. I'll wait and see when or whether it will break out above 114.45 before I open a long position.

There is a double top at 1.2916, so I think we might see a move to the downside. However, we should also keep in mind that the NFP data will come out tomorrow and then there should be a lot of volatility.

Despite everything the support at 113.00 did hold and the pair rebounded from it. I genuinely believed it might break out below that support. It looks like it will test the resistance at 114.45 soon.

I wouldn't be surprised if it reaches 1.2950 at the beginning of next week. If anything it should rally above that level.
