Think $1000 is minimum withdraw. And you only get fee refund on the 5th withdraw i believe. Not ideal conditions but still, the dropping of all those other rules makes them bit more attractive.

Yes you need an account. You then need to create a USD account within wise to recieve $. This required me to send wise $£20(cant remember) to verify the account. You then just give 5ers your wise registered email address when requesting payout.
