I wouldn't be surprised that people would like to see backtesting results including signals at Open, Performance , Equity Curve, MaxDrawDown etc. I too take directional trades on the underlyings and thus interested in your model.

I suppose you could trade futures then. Some brokers ( CMC for example ) offers Oil Futures with no financing and auto-roll feature.

Also, just noticed that CMC offers Futures as well as Cash for DAX. Only difference seems to be no overnight financing for futures and 1 point extra spread ( so 2 points on Futures vs 1 point on Cash product ).
