Thanks Golfer for your feedback. I have some uncertainty about the entry though: Would you enter after the close of the power candle/opening of next candle, at green line (entry A, one candle before MACD TC signal) or wait for the MACD TC signal and ...

eu — nice pullback with MACD TC. After the previous run of 80 pips I wanted to see a deeper retracement into the war zone, so I missed out on it...

I use a money management system based on % risk. I'm conservative with my risk so for now it's 1% for each trade. So if I put in $1,000, my risk is $10. If the stop loss for the specific trade is 50 pips, the pip value is 20 cents, the equivalent of ...

why not just leave the 1st position open after 25 pips gain and move the s/l to BE, that way we save the spread in not closing out the 1st position and not opening the second, but with same result.

Great trade saka, I can learn a lot from your example... I didn't think of just targeting the recent lows which would have given a decent 20 pips +... well, still learning something by watching you guys and of course the price rhythm.

It has been ranging between recent lows and 61.8 ret level, showing tails and indecision since Wednesday, I'd prefer a more pronounced bounce from 21ema.

EUR/USD — could be an interesting setup in about one hour (0:00 MIG candle) pin bar from 21ema and 50% ret, long nose (although not protruding a lot above previous bar) although it looks unlikely that it will go down much undoing the steep ...

ok, I see the entries, but how would they have been supported by the MACD in the context of the 4HMACD system? maybe a ZB? Thanks

I'm not sure why you were (theoretically) considering a u/j short, I thought it was more the question of anticipating a long in case the 4H MACD would show TC, supported by the daily at that time...

On the candle stick or bar charts you can't always see the periodic spread widening, but in the drop down menu when you select Min/Max, you will see exactly the spread history, especially if you zoom into 5sec charts.... helped me to define where ...

EUR/USD — MACD higher low (and divergence) with Pin bar I have two pending orders to go long at 1.5553 (50% ret) and at 1.5544 (62% ret) If it goes back up without touching those levels I'll miss out as s/l is too big, and the 21ema to close

GBP/USD took profit on 2nd entry as it moved up to 1st entry level (+20 pips) and moved the stop loss of remaining position to -20 pips for a free ride. Next target got it at 1.9712 (+20 pips) as I couldn't watch that trade and let the profits run. ...

yes, you are right, it's a risky entry, and my s/l is a bit too big for my targets.... nevertheless I added another position at 38.2% fib of last candle. I'm not sure if I prefer entering 1 position at the close at last candle and adding up as price ...
