      No they dont' have fixed spreads. AUD spreads were aprox: 5min before event: 1.8 pips 1min before event: 10 pips at event: 20 pips 1min after event:10 pips 5min after event: 1.8 pips

      True, they actually do. They did'nt honour SL back in 2005-2006, they where terrible back then and I switched to FXCM. Last year I switched back to Oanda when I heard that they honour the SL levels... AND they have very low spreads.
