With any strategy using pending orders this could occur... Probably the best thing is to remove pending orders when there could be a high volatiility market (NFP)

I dont think so as the EA would have to find the "right" swing point and i suspect it might be difficult to acheive. Also it would have to update the order really often and the risk of having the plateform giving you an error might be high.
