You don't need to open them, if you're using mt4 you need to copy them to your indicators folder and then restart mt4.

Picture number 2 is not quite TMS by eelfranz, he didn't use the PAC in fact gave up the ma altogether after a while but still left it on his charts and he didn't use a real-time tdi he used the tdi that only updates on the close of the bar.
