Should it have been in a triangle D wave, the requirement was met with a break below the 50%, but not under 61.8. 132.9 should be the official drop down zone to the lower areas. Edit .. and if wasn't a simple triangle as it appeared, it was possibly ...

Of course, you'll never mention the time when you were seeking a 6-11 pip drop. And about 5 pips into your 'magic' textbook trade the BOJ intervened. Of course, that was over 5 years ago, but this is all you've ever posted in all that time. Other ...

There is only one question. When this pair rose from 129, was it inside or outside of support? That is TRUE support. One can make the case either way, but if from outside support, it arrived on Friday and broke marginally into the hi res area. 143 ...

The pound leads, Sterling Yen lags behind, Yen could be more than a month behind. To the previous poster who chose to ignore Time... Time is more important. Resistance or support is, over months or years or decades (in this case) not linear but ...

Upside move.....no idea. Well yes 136 or even 139 is possible Downside move ... Down to about 122, with consolation thereafter, probably a triangle between 128 and 122, centred on 125 130 ish is essentially the half way point

Valid argument, but to get up now it would have to clear 131.5 and then 133 (amongst others) Conversely, under 128.8 opens 124.4/125, then 122, followed by 117/118 ish. In that case, it's open for 110/105// 96 ish, leading possibly to conclusion as ...

I sort of doubt that when cable has just made a 31 year low, it's really going to be too concerned about some daily pivot.

Also. don't forget that right now there there a heaps of central banks buying in to try to stabilise. They usually don't have a price target - just trying to stabilise.

Monthly ichimoku cloud. A measure developed by Japanese to denote a rather high res or support area. It was entered at 154 - but it took 3 months to get into. Sometimes hard to get out of too. 145.7/9 is the base

Over the years, the zones that I mentioned are often breached - that's another reason why I prefer monthly charts as they even out small over-runs, which can sometimes run up to 200 pips. But only on Cable, which is notoriously messy to chart.

Just for fun, I set about trying to figure out where Cable supports would be in the event of a large, fairly uncontrolled fall. Over 24/25 years, Cable has operated within 5 primary support/ resistance bands that have been used repeatedly over that ...

Kinda depends on the pound.. But under 25 ish, it may be sub 100. You interpreted the 156/162 correction as a wave 4. But if it were a B wave, then this thing could go to A=4100 pips x 1.618, suggesting as low as 87. I had this chat here about that ...
