Try Jan15 -May 15. Thats where I was down to half the bankroll when running the EA. Iīm now off the original idea and only trade with additional confirmation. To me it does not make a lot of sense to use 0.01 lots on a 10,000+ bankroll (I maybe ...

No SL. If you use one, lets say 100 pips, you could end a few days of the year with -5K pips. Tough to get those back. Just need a big account to go along with your big balls

From the posted EA, I only get negative results with standard parameters. Donīt know if its working properly, but it seems as if for a few days we collect pips just to lose even more in one bad sequence.

Curious about the results. For whatever reason, Vlads EA stopped after some heavy runs against us.

Of course, the number of boxes influences the results because thats whats you are trading - the boxes.

Congrats. Nice number. But keep in mind the relation between account size and lot size. How much growth is this?

The method how this indicator works is easy. You can put in any number you want in this indicator. It will draw a red box above the candle, if the high of this candle is also the high of the last x periods. So if you put in 300, and a red box comes ...

Its fine to talk and consider alternative strategies, but this thread should still be about what OP posted.

Then please mark the time where you know when the last boxes appear, e.g. the candlw where you enter and exit.

Sorry, but at least your exit strategy is useless. You cannot know which is the last box, and even if you put trend lines in, the price has already moved. Your pictures are weird.

Thanks. I read this before but somehow did not work. Now it does. Took 2 fast trades. Got out fast, as I always like to do. Sell stop at the low -1 pip. 7,7 and 6,2 pips image image

I wanna post some charts and trades. How do I get the entry arrow, exit arrow and dotted line connecting both onto the chart after the trade was completed? Once I reload my template, those trade points are gone. See picture. Thanks image
