After the Fact — I agree. You know somebody is buying alot of euros AFTER you see the currency increase in value for know apparent valid reason. I just wish I had a red phone to tell me ahead of time that they are going to do it.

Extra decimaln — Yes you must put in an extra zero for the extra decimal platforms. 15 is 1.5 pips instead of 15.
